Hard Rock Park, oficialmente abierto
La ‘prueba de sonido’ ha concluído. Después de siete años desde que se proyectara, Hard Rock Park ha abierto oficialmente sus puertas después de un largo mes de celebraciones. El 9 de Mayo tuvo lugar la hazaña que que hará famosa a la ciudad de Mytel Beach y la convertirá en un destíno turístico de los que no pueden faltar en tu curriculum.
Los pequeños rockeros así como los mas mayores podrán disfrutar de un montón de atracciónes como son ‘Led Zeppelin – The Ride’, ’Eagles – Life In The Fast Lane’ y shows como ‘Malibu Beach Party’, ‘Roadies Stunt Show’ y ‘Country on the Rocks ice show’.
“Hoy es realmente uno de esos días que harán historia en la evolución del Rock y en el concepto de las vacaciones familaries” dice Steven goodwin, responsable de HRP. Añade también que “Esto es como la música, entras siendo un Don Nadie y desde que cruzas las puertas de HRP cualquier visitante se sentirá como una auténtica estrella del rock”.
HRP comienza su andadura con un mes cargado de conciertos, Kid Rock, The Charlie Daniels Band, George Clinton y The Parliament Funkadelic son algunos ejemplos de como el parque se las gastará en la vida del Rock’n'Roll. Pero eso no es todo ya que el parque tiene preparado un show especial de apertura llamado ‘HRP Grand Opening Extravaganza’ y también incluirá una actuación en vivo del legendario grupo ‘The Eagles’ el día 2 de Junio. Al día siguiente la banda de rock británica ‘The Moody Blues’ conmemorará la apertura oficial de la ‘dark ride’ psicodélica que lleva el nombre de una de sus canciones ’Nights in White Satin – The Trip’, éstos también nos deleitarán con su música en vívo después de la apertura.

Hard Rock Park officially open for business
“Sound Check” is complete. After more than seven years in the making, Hard Rock Park officially kicked open its gates for a month-long opening celebration. May 9, the highly anticipated Myrtle Beach attraction took center stage as this summer’s most rockin’, not-to-be-missed destination.
Rockers of all ages can now enjoy the Park’s thrilling rides and attractions including Led Zeppelin – The Ride and Eagles – Life In The Fast Lane and live shows such as Malibu Beach Party, Roadies Stunt Show and Country on the Rocks ice show.
“Today is truly a momentus day in the evolution of rock and family vacations,” said Steven Goodwin, CEO of Hard Rock Park. “Just like the music itself, Hard Rock Park is all about the experience and every visitor that walks through these gates from today on will walk out a rock star in their own right.”
Hard Rock Park will rock out all month long with concerts by Kid Rock, The Charlie Daniels Band, George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic and will complete the celebration in true rock ‘n’ roll style with the Hard Rock Park Grand Opening Extravaganza featuring a concert performance by The Eagles on June 2nd and then the renowned British rock band, The Moody Blues, will commemorate the official opening of the park’s psychedelic, Moody Blues-inspired dark ride, Nights in White Satin – The Trip, followed by an exclusive live performance on June 3rd.
Hard Rock Park, is a 55-acre theme park boasting more than 50 attractions for rockers of all ages, including roller coasters, live shows and entertainment, children’s play areas, restaurants and retail stores.
